Murray Strongwater

Strongwater Family Properties is a family-owned business founded by Murray Strongwater in the early 1980s. Murray’s first building, 224 Franklin Avenue, was originally used as a warehouse for his NYC-based glove business. In 1989, Murray moved his glove business closer to home at 375 Pearsall Ave. Formerly a Jack Lalanne gym, Murray slowly converted the tennis and racquetball courts to additional office space. Murray’s burgeoning passion for real estate and office management became his full-time career circa 2015.

Murray’s memory and business principles are deeply rooted in the everyday operations of Strongwater Properties.
